What does a great Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Change and Problem Manager do?
As the Change and Problem process owner for Global Cyber Security and Fraud you will ensure GCSF compliance to global change and problem management processes and procedures. You'll establish communication channels with all GCSF application teams to manage emergency changes, change freeze periods, and any other modifications to the process. In addition, you will act as the liaison between the global change and problem management organizations and GCSF and review and approve all change requests. We need someone that can also develop, manage and publish reports and metrics as it relates to business continuity and disaster recovery for Fiserv.
We need someone who understands how technology works. Each day will be busy as you talk with senior members of the Global Cyber Security and Fraud team. You're the kind of person who can work independently and also within a team. We need a bold individual who is flexible to complete tasks outside of those disciplines based on the team needs. This may mean managing a program for the General Services organization or researching how to manage specific products.
You'll also establish and maintain a DR coordinator network across GCSF and ensure adherence with DR policy and standards at Fiserv. You'll add value when you provide training on how DR roles are to be performed (procedures, testing, tools, tollgates). You'll participate in Enterprise Business Continuity (EBC) program exams an audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FFIEC, PCI). Through details and communication, you'll ensure DR solutions are in aligned with published RTO/RPO for GCSF owned applications and ensure production environments are recoverable as required. Lastly, you'll coordinate the annual DR tests.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelors degree or high school diploma/GED
Min of 10 years in IT
Minimum of five years of Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity
Willing and able to work off hours as needs to completed testing.
Must have an understanding of technology and technology terms.
