Performs a wide variety of clinical and research molecular testing for the Nebraska Emerging Pathogens Diagnostic Acceleration Program (NEDAP) Laboratory, and analyzes results related to molecular testing.
Assists with the development of new clinical tests and produces quality data essential for diagnostic testing.
Participates in regulatory documentation, quality control, clinical reporting, developmental and educational support, communicating effectively with associated clients such as statewide hospitals, private clinical laboratories, and other partnering agencies at the local, state and national levels.
