The position will primarily involve sitting at a seated computer workstation for most of the work day, using a computer and telephone to complete tasks related to customer service, scheduling, data entry, authorizations processing and general office procedures.
Responsible for answering calls, greeting guests and gathering, managing and disseminating information with the purpose of ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
