Telephone Secretaries for Call Center - Full Time & Part Time (Las Vegas)

This position requires that incoming calls are answered professionally and the appropriate action taken on each call according to the individualized client instructions. Our client base is comprised of a diverse range of businesses spanning the medical and business communities locally and nationally. The pace is fast, ability to deal with stressful situations is a must, good listening and customer service skills are needed to succeed. There are NO sales calls.

FULL TIME shifts available: 3p-11p; 4:30p-12:30a;
PART TIME shifts available: 6a-10a, 7a-11a, 4p-8p; 5p-9p;
(Part time shifts are minimum 4 hours) Once trained you have the ability to pick up additional shifts or longer shifts if more hours are desired.
Starting wage is $10 /hour with increases based on performance. We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, & vision insurances, and a 401K plan.

-Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in telecommunications, front desk medical experience or equivalent.
-Possess a High school diploma or equivalent
-Have verifiable references showing a stable work history with good attendance
-Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy
-Bilingual English/Spanish is an added benefit
-Knowledge of basic medical terminology is an added benefit
We are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Working weekends and holidays IS guaranteed.
