Associate Territory Manager, Post-Acute


The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) role in the Advanced Wound Care franchise is an entry level position in the Post Acute sales force. This role will have emphasis in Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other relevant segments within an assigned geography. The ATM will be held accountable for delivering exceptional service through the execution of team driven directives, a combination of in-servicing and field based product promotion experiences, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities that reflect the company's strategy and priorities.


This position may report to the Post Acute Sales Manager or National Sales Director who will provide direction and leadership to franchise priorities and individual development. The ATM will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of first in class products as well as coordinating and conducting in-services, troubleshooting, assisting with conferences, and other tasks identified by leadership.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Achieve territory sales quotas and revenue target

  • Responsible for increasing and promoting the portfolio of products in Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other relevant segments

  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through routine visits, educational programs, product demonstrations and in-services

  • Increase knowledge base through attendance of educational programs / seminars / conferences; reading journals and participating in committee or group programs

  • Position will analyze reports to identify opportunities for growth and provide summaries to the Sales Manager

  • ATMs will follow a training curriculum similar to that of a Territory Manager. Thorough training will allow individual to make fluent and effective presentations on portfolio of products.

Requirements



  • Education


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required



  • 1-2 years proven B2B sales experience desired

  • Travel


  • Road warrior; must have ability to travel ~75% as necessary, to include overnight and/or weekends



  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
