Job Description




Etsy is looking for an energetic Program Coordinator to support the Engineering Business Program Management (Eng BPM) team.


The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Eng BPM team by coordinating documentation, schedules, and payments processes in support of the Etsy Engineering partnership program.


This role is based on-site at the Etsy Brooklyn Headquarters.


This role is a temporary position.




Qualifications




About The Role:



  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams on new vendor creation, documentation, and budget tracking.


  • Complete procurement tasks including paying invoices through our internal systems, data entry of receipts and values into our team tracker, and any tasks related to working with Accounts Payable.


  • Proactively gather, organize, and analyze data for financial reporting and day-to-day tracking purposes.


  • Organize, manage, and update internal Google drive for Eng BPM: including partnership contracts, invoices, lucid charts, and any other related documentation


  • Schedule interviews and meetings related to the program as needed.


  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) on contractor onboarding and management.


  • Effectively scribe for meetings to capture key decisions made, action items, and owners of those action items.


  • Send email recaps of summarized notes to internal and external stakeholders for documentation and consistency.


  • Operate in a lean, rapid growth environment.


  • Invoke creative problem solving skills as well as igniting the creativity in others.



About You:



  • At least 3+ years of experience in the software industry with project coordination, vendor management, or corporate billing.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Exceptionally organized, demonstrating a rigorous attention to detail.


  • Experience using GSuite (Gmail, Gcal, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Jira


  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable creating formulas for data gathering and budget analysis.


  • Successful track record and consistent project success anchored by establishing and exceeding measurable goals.


  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, naturally building rapport and forming new professional relationships.


  • Ability to maintain a sustainable software development process where vendor work and engineering goals are aligned.


  • Ability to find contractor resources that augment team building and productivity, with an appreciation for the value of diversity in a successful team.


  • Comfort seeking clarification and asking questions to quickly solve challenges.


  • Experience effectively working with remote team members and business partners.


  • An actively optimistic, can-do attitude.


  • Driven to succeed, achievement oriented, self-motivated.
