Looking for experienced lead server who would both wait on tables and manage the front of the house. Must be able to work with pos systems, have a positive attitude, have a sense of humor and enjoy serving customers and supervising staff. This is a salaried and hourly position as you will be compensated for the time you spend doing managerial duties as well as hourly/tips for the hours that you are serving.
â¢ Advanced knowledge of wine
â¢ Management experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel.
â¢ Minimum of five years' experience in a restaurant

Extensive knowledge about wine and food pairings is a plus.
The front of house manager is a pivotal position as he/she is in charge of the entire customer experience. This starts with the customer's entering the restaurant until each customer exits. This means you are in charge of every employee that comes in contact with customers along with all areas that the customer will inhabit. You MANAGE the perception, the entire experience from beginning to end, the employee interaction, and of course any and all customer complaints as they arise.
