This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.Core Responsibilities: StrategyCoordination and execution of a rich content- and brand-marketing calendarSupport market research efforts and creation of customer personasComplete monthly reports from Google Analytics and AdWordsWebsite MaintenanceComplete regular B2C and B2B website audits and updatesContent MarketingCoordinate and support all content marketing efforts including: blog posts, e-books, webinars, online classes, podcasts, and articlesSocial MediaCreate and schedule social media posts in alignment with content- and brand-marketing calendarSearch Engine OptimizationAssist in keyword research and website optimizationOnline RetailersSupport sales team in retailer website audits and set-upsEmail MarketingDevelop and design email campaigns and landing pages—including templates, calls-to-action, and contentTrack, measure, and optimize emails and landing pages to drive sales, engagement, brand awareness and loyaltyDevelop documentation and road maps for successful email processes, A/B tests, and promotionsPR & AdvertisingSupport online advertising efforts and blogger, influencer, and review programsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, English, Business, or a related communications field.Experience with email marketing, social media, marketing automation, web design, content marketing and/or online analytics a must.Passionate about the digital world and excited to learn more about online marketing concepts, metrics, and industry best practices.Basic knowledge of HTML – can turn an idea or mock-up into a well-designed email or landing page. Knowledge of CSS a major plus.Basic knowledge of Photoshop. Experience designing using the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud a major plus.Experience with WordPress and HubSpot a major plusStrong writing and editing skills a major plusMust be productive and inspired when working individually and with the teamThe company is an exciting business in a growing industry.
