Our client seeks a self-motivated team player who has strong oral and written communications skills. The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator serves as the primary bookkeeper for our client services business. This includes all facets of A/P and A/R processing and HR paperwork for new employees. In addition, this individual will handle all office administration responsibilities including vendor management for contracted office services such as cell phones, web conference, phone conference and IT support.Responsibilities include:
* Financial reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
* General Ledger Journal Entries
* A/P and A/R Processing
* Employee payroll with QuickBooks
* Account reconciliation and inventory counts
* Data entry of all accounting functions including approved communication with financial institutions
* Work with CPA Service as needed
* Administrative support as neededDesired Skills and Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
* QuickBooks experience required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Diligent, self-directed, focused nature
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficient in MS Office
