Position Information:


The Physical Therapist is responsible for leading or assisting in the coordination of patient care. Communicates to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the system as appropriate for best patient care. Understands the needs of the organization and its Mission and Values in patient care services.


Experience Requirements:


1 Year Clinical - Physical Therapy Required - And 1 Year Clinical - Home or Community Health Preferred


Education Required:


Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Required


Licensure/Certification Requirements:


Licensed Physical Therapist Required


Hours of Work:


M-F 8-430


Weekend Requirements:


As Needed
