Under the direction of the unit nurse, the direct care associate will provide and ensure that quality nursing care is delivered to clients under the care of NDSH. The DCA will provide care to clients within their treatment program; observe and monitor their condition, relate to clients in a therapeutic manner, communicate pertinent information to staff; complete thorough and timely documentation; create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
Direct Care Associate I (4190) with a hiring range of $2,085 - $2,780, requires a high school diploma or GED.
CNA not required at time of hire, will train upon hire.
