We are a growing, fast-paced family owned business looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper needed to handle daily accounting duties and general office manager responsibilities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Record daily business transactions accurately and properly on a consistent and timely basis
-Prepare invoices and send to clients
-Record vendor invoices
-Prepare general ledger
-Solving discrepancies and posting invoices
-Answering phones
-Scheduling appointments
-Maintain an orderly filing system
-Maintain and order office equipment and supplies
-Must have strong computer skills and profiency in Excel, Word, and Quickbooks
-Bookkeeping experience
-Very good organizational skills required
-Strong work ethic
-Friendly and professional attitude
-The ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Required Experience:
Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred
Salary: $12.00- $15.00/hour based on experience
