2:10 Consulting, a private aptitude testing and career counseling practice based in Tulsa and serving clients throughout the United States, is seeking an administrative assistant 32-34 hours/week.

I am seeking an administrative assistant who shares my vision but LOVES administrative work. It is vitally important that this individual is extremely professional, trustworthy, reliable, detailed, efficient, accurate, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and independent - able to work under pressure, juggle many tasks while staying VERY accurate and detailed, and effectively meet multiple deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including excellent spelling and grammar), be very professional in conduct and appearance (conservative, tailored, no visible tattoos, etc), and have a willingness and ability to learn and use different software programs.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be positive, warm, friendly, caring, sincere, faithful, helpful, and service-oriented as well as efficient, independent, detailed, and extremely organized. A college degree is preferred. This is a non-smoking office.
The office is located at 91st and Sheridan in south Tulsa. Hours worked will be from 9:00-4:00/4:30 Monday thru Thursday, and 9:00-1:00/1:30 on Fridays. Some days are very fast-paced and some slow, but I need a reliable person to be a positive, friendly presence to those who may call or stop by those hours each week, in addition to taking care of the administrative work and assisting me with various projects.
This is an hourly position, 32-34 hours/week, starting at $12.00/hour.
Job responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
*Administrate client testing, juggling a vast amount of details
*Answer the phone and be a very positive first contact
*Greet clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
*Manage the schedule and assist clients with making appointments
*Pre-register clients for assessments
*Put together new client folders
*Print reports for my review
*Record client results - accuracy is crucial
*Keep client information absolutely confidential
*Process summaries of data from business client employee surveys
*Work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ontraport, Trello, and other software
*Prepare report binders and parent folders
*Manage all handouts, copying and keeping supplies current
*Prepare shipment of reports for out-of-town clients
*File reports and client files
*Track clients' due dates and follow up dates
*Follow up with clients as their due dates approach
*Correspond with clients and colleagues - excellent spelling is a must
*Keep office supplies current
*Help with light general office upkeep, dusting, watering plants
*Keep track of expenses and basic records
*Time clients as they complete dexterity tests and record results
*Keep posts on social media current
*Find images for blog posts
*Assist me with a variety of special projects
