â¢ Will be working one on one with employer sorting through bankers boxes of files involving lifting the boxes, sorting papers, shredding, refiling pertinent archives, and documentation.
â¢ This project requires focus and organization; use of cell phones will not be allowed.
â¢ Knowledge of Mac, working in Word and Excel, and AOL essential.
â¢ Local Portlander with transportation best for NW Portland Pearl District location with onsite parking option adjacent to where will be working out of clean, secure storage unit/facility.
â¢ Hours will be part time on Monday through Friday starting early at 8am with break for lunch and approximately a 2 hour afternoon.
â¢ Duration will be for 6plus weeks scattered for 2plus weeks at a time scheduling based on employer's travel; starting this fall, through the winter, to complete by spring.
â¢ Pay will start at $20 an hour, adjustments based on skill, and final bonus possible. No benefits.
