This is a part-time instructor for online course NUR 228 Nutrition for Nurses in the spring 2018 semester and continue for subsequent semesters (every other semester basis) spring, summer, fall semesters included (3 credits).


Course Description: This course is for nursing students anticipating licensure as a registered nurse. The course focuses on the basics of healthy nutrition through the lifespan with selected cultural variation nutritional therapy, diet and physical activity, nutrition in selected diseases and medical conditions, and food safety.
