  • Process and review requests for application accounts

  • Resolve incidents related to user accounts

  • Answer customer phone calls

  • Inform users of issues as they arise

  • Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems using historical records

  • Maintain and update records and tracking databases

  • Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems

  • Secret Clearance required
