You are passionate about all things design and want to create not just cool designs, but smart designs in all media spaces.
You have a keen eye for content, digital and social; including long and short-form video, digital experiences, social media and emerging channels.
You are a movie buff/tv binger/sports enthusiast who’s excited to develop messaging for sports brands, create integrated campaigns, and share them with fellow fans. But most of all you are curious about the game of soccer: where it’s been, where it is and where it’s going.

What will you do?
In your role as a Creative Art Director/Designer you will work with the Social/Digital Creative Writer and Executive Creative Director to own a range of creative work from visual content to integrated marketing campaigns for a set of brands and key projects.Bring genuine, original creative ideas to the table.
Strong knowledge of digital, social media trends, landscape, and ability to concept with these touch points in mind.
Constant awareness of the industry, including groundbreaking ideas, emerging technologies and business solutions.
Understand the structure of a brand’s identity—how the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience.
Data-driven mindset who believes the best path is the one that can be proven
Field creative briefs and own projects and campaigns from beginning to end.
Recognize a client's needs and translate them into a creative concept.
Concept and create work quickly in a collaborative setting and in partnership with other disciplines.
Create the finished design assets for all elements of the campaign, this includes all printed and digital elements.
Work effectively through all phases of production—internally and with external partners.
Problem solve and find multiple design solutions, especially under narrow parameters or strict budget.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, public speaking, presentation decks)
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
Follow agency and department protocols.
What’s your experience?BA degree from a Design or Graphics Arts school or BA/BS in Advertising, Marketing or Multi-Media Arts and Mass Communication preferred.
A strong, award-winning portfolio preferred.
5+ years of advertising agency experience preferred or entrepreneurial street creds and design experience developing and creating for digital/social.
Strong command of industry best practices and the social platforms
Strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to concept and execute various design styles
Great communication skills with the ability to self-start, prioritize/juggle multiple projects, and share vision in a remote company environment
Excellent concepting skills.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in video, digital, social, print and beyond—campaign integration across all channels & desktop publishing.
Ability to manage challenging situations both internally and with the client.
Effective handling of multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable with and receptive to feedback; desire to quickly address feedback.
Attention to detail.
Accountability and self-motivation.
Mac OS experience preferred.
Requires considerable knowledge of methods and procedures relative to art and design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Expert in creating Keynote and PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
