Administrative Assistant (Pittsburgh-Canonsburg)
Aerotek is currently hiring a full-time Office Administrative Assistant performing general administrative tasks in the oil & gas industry.
*Organizes and maintains files and records.
*Updates project spreadsheets.
*Organizes and coordinates meetings as necessary.
*Creates document imaging.
*Creates correspondence for staff.
*Maintains inventory and orders office supplies.
*Sorts mail and answers incoming calls.
*Will be involved a lot in the office party planning committee
*Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of administrative support experience.
Looking to get into the Oil&Gas industry
