Seeking an experienced techical writer.
*Planning, organizing, writing and editing web-based and printed user documentation related to standard operating policies, processes and procedures. *Create end-user and system administrator documentation as it relates to standard operating procedures.
* Plan, design, research, write and edit a range of new and existing documents, including standard operating procedures and implementation guides.
* Experience with process flows, diagrams and narratives
*Test document to ensure document accuracy and completeness
* Create screen shots and illustrations using graphic tools
*Translate technical requirements and software specifications into user documentation
* 10+ years of technical writing experience (preferably in a SaaS environment
* Strong understanding of government requirements
* Strong documentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat) and working with templates and style guidelines
* Ability to work with flowcharts and flowchart applications
*Banking or financial services experience is a plus
