Job Description


As a Distribution Services call center agent you will service stores and field management concerning deliveries, product flow and store/customer service. You will utilize web-based call logging software to record, track, report and resolve open issues. You will also assist stores, field management and Distribution Operations management by performing billing/credit procedures, maintaining management reporting and completing other tasks as assigned.


Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and tactfully, both verbally and in writing, excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas and ability to work both independently and responsibly in a team environment. We also look for someone who has a proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with proven excellence in problem-solving skills and be customer service driven, friendly and courteous.


Required Qualifications



  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous retail store experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish


Education


Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
