Position Summary

Perform with mastery the required tasks and duties for the designated responsibilities of one or more operational positions, as determined by core team composition and crewing needs. Must maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

Minimum Position Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageMust demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance including participation in rotational schedulingHighly self-motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamEffective problem-solving abilityActive listening skillsEffective oral/written communication skillsPositive, approachable demeanorAble to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to changeBasic reading (comprehension) and math skills (counting, addition and subtraction)Basic mechanical reasoning skills
