Position: Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Hours: Full-time
Starting Date: Available now
Overview of duties: Receptionist to greet clients and visitors to the firm and direct them to the appropriate firm member. Administrative duties will include an ability to work within a case management system as well as use of computer, copiers, scanners and other office equipment. Will open and close files. Will open and distribute mail. Will handle administrative support duties to the owner and administrator.
Experience Requirements: 3 - 5 years experience in similar duties. Must be professional in mannerisms, speaking and dress as this person is the first experience our clients or visitors have with the firm. Must have an ability to demonstrate strong people skills with empathy for injured people critical. Will need to be able to handle a mulit-line phone system. Technology experience in Microsoft Windows products and the ability to learn the firm's case management system required. Organizational skills, pleasant personality and team oriented skills required. References will be verified and the applicant must be able to pass a criminal and civil background check.
