As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Forensics and Investigations group, you will:
• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
• Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
• Create and/or support project deliverables
• Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Manages media inventory including logging receipt, formatting devices, encryption/decryption, and return shipment.
• Provides hands-on file manipulation, loading, and conversion services. Creates and modifies files for upload into COTS products and performs individual file conversion in support of electronic file processing.
• Will be required to develop, evaluate and modify methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use typically with COTS products and litigation support applications. Must be able to ensure the accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality and accuracy checks.
• Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications
• Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Ability to work independently, under general guidance
• Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
• Experience working in a team environment
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• At least one year of experience with and of the following: Beyond Compare, Relativity, eCapture, FolderSizes, LAW PreDiscovery
• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in automated litigation support
