The Floyd Law Firm P.C., one of South Carolina's top-rated law firms, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to lead our Real Estate team.
Candidate must have a Juris Doctorate, be licensed and hold a South Carolina Bar card in good standing, experience in representing buyers/sellers in real property transactions, deed transfers, title issues, boundary disputes, easement or zoning issues, and other legal documents in regard to the determination of land ownership. Must hold or be able to obtain a notary public certification prior to being employed. Must possess a valid driver's license.
â¢ Real Estate Attorney advises clients in real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale or refinance of a home or commercial real estate property
â¢ Prepares and examines contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc.
â¢ Provides legal advice to clients, prepares resolutions and forms
â¢ Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the clients and the company against legal risks
â¢ Willingly performs other duties as assigned or requested
â¢ Supervises Real Estate Staff
