The Front Desk is responsible for assisting the public in all front desk related function in an efficient, courteous and professional manner that maintains high quality of guest services. Act as main contact for guests and other departments in the absence of the Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome club guests upon arrival.
-Register guests into computer, verify reservation, address and credit information.
-Accept payment for accounts both at the time of registration and at check-out.
-Maintain daily sales and accurate report of daily receipts.
-Assist guests on sale of merchandise at Proshop.
-Handle all incoming phone calls.
-Do online booking and reply to guests inquiries.
-Communicate with guests regarding online reservations.
-Handle cash register and change fund.
-Handle special promotion coupons. Perform check and balance on coupons, vouchers, agent vouchers and special promotion coupons.
-Close daily shift report.
-Communicate with starter and transportation company to inform them of guests' reservation.
-Perform other duties as requested.
-High school graduate or equivalent required.
-Minimum of one (1) year of customer service/sales or public contact experience.
-Good command of the English language in verbal and written form.
-Basic experience in Word and Excel.
-Ability to use office automated equipment.
