The ideal candidate should be able to oversee operations, in support of a Service Desk environment. Remote takeover tools required, in order to troubleshoot issues. This person must be able to answer trouble ticket calls, troubleshoot/resolve, and document issues, with the ability to escalate as needed.
- 3 years of IT experience (with Remedy preferred)
- Basic troubleshooting with software and applications (no hardware support required)
- Security + CE certification AND an ITIL v3 Certification
- Identification of issues and the ability to escalate issues.
- Microsoft Outlook configurations
- Cabling tasks
- Secret Clearance
