Legal services company based in Dorado is in need of a hard-working, detail oriented experienced individual to review title work, draft, merge, and print documents, answer phones, email inquiries, process mail, and light data entry.
Bachelor's Degree or above; previous legal clerk experience or accounting background preferred
Excellent Computer Skills including fluency with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Access
Excellent verbal, analytic, organizational and written skills. Fluent in English (both writing and speaking). US Notary preferred. NOTE: VERY STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
Qualified Applicant must be able to do each of the following at the personal interview:
Demonstrate fluency with MS Word, Excel, and Access database.
Create and mail merge documents in Word
Create formulas and conditional sorts in Excel
Create queries and upload files in Access
Perform mail merges from Excel into Word.
