$1,000 sign on bonus for experienced Company Drivers ($1,200 with Hazmat)
.05 cents per mile on placarded hazmat loads with a Hazmat and tanker endorsements

Top Miles - Drivers can earn 10 cents per mile
Fuel bonus - 1.5 CPM at 6.6 MPG avg. or 2 CPM at 6.8 MPG avg.

Company Driver Requirements
Have a current Class A CDL License
At least 21 years of age
Have a good driving record
Pass DOT drug screen and physical requirements
No DUI's and DWI's within the last 5 years. (Includes probation time)
Misdemeanors/Felonies - Reviewed by Management (Nonviolent only)
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years
Meet or exceed federal, state, insurance and company policies, rules or regulations 4 months continuous experience in the last 3 yrs. maintaining a log book; drivers that don't have 4 months can receive training
