Do you have emotional intelligence and have the ability to help lead people towards greatness, then keep reading.We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help our CEO manage projects, people, and processes. We own 3 businesses all centered around Real Estate, and have been named as one of Inc . Magazines fastest growing companies in the US. Your job is to help manage the day to day activities of the CEO, projects for the businesses, and help keep our CEO on track (He's a bit ADD.) We are a fun fast paced people in an environment that encourages people to debate problems, take initiative to drive change and really, just get things done. Your job would be fairly complex and would require a moderately vast array of skills. From spearheading marketing projects to helping with financials or reporting. You should probably be a fairly diverse person, or you may not want this job. You must be good with prioritizing tasks and projects. Have impeccable relationship skills. Oh, and don't be afraid to say, "I don't like that idea, and here's why..." That's a big one! You must be amazing at taking initiative. If you aren't the type that jumps on things right away, this is also probably not you...Various tasks you'd be expected to do:Provide reports on marketing campaigns.Manage the CEO's schedule as well as help adhere to deadlines and tasks.Review Expenses, and provide a backstop for errors in reporting.Efficiently delegate tasks and workloads.Execute projects from conception to completion.Provide a creative perspective to projects.Deal with vendors, or coordinate normal business processes from time to time.Your Qualifications:Demonstrates Initiative without additional instruction (Type A that doesn't need a ton of direction prior to taking action)Constant desire to improve in every aspect, that's one of our core values and critical in who we hire.
