Senior Sales RepresentativesDo you want to be part of a new and growing team and pay an important role in building our success on the American market?We are expanding further and seek four dynamic Sales Representatives with strong hunter profiles to sell capital equipment in the biotech and pharma fields.Private biotech and pharmaceutical companies (cell therapy) make up 60% of our sales; as a Sales Representative you will be responsible for securing and growing these prospects. Our other main focus areas are Universities and Hospitals where we see a huge potential and growth, so this will at the same time be an area to approach. This position requires a high level of integrity and a strong focus on customer needs, and you should possess strong communication/ networking skills, enthusiasm for discovering new prospects, and working knowledge of the sales practices involved in selling capital equipment in the biotech and pharma fields.*Position:*Full-time, working from home*Location:*Bay AreaCentral AmericaSouth East CoastYour main responsibilities: Building relationships with new customersMeeting and/or exceeding budgeted sales targetsAccurately recording and reporting sales information using a CRM system (Zoho)Managing key accounts, following up on leads, writing quotes and negotiating dealsExpanding contact network by identifying and communicating with prospectsDemonstrating instruments to potential customers and giving technical presentationsUp to 50% overnight travel to attend trade shows and meet with customersDeveloping an opportunity pipeline for existing and potential customersYour qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or other prior study in Life SciencesMinimum 3-5 years experience selling capital equipment in Life SciencesYou are a Hunter not a Farmer type of sales representativeKey experience in pharma/biotech process developmentFamiliarity with validation, GMP standards, etc.A creative entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to improviseGood presentation, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)Experience with CRM systemsA desire to discover potential customers and nurture relationships with themWillingness and ability to work from a home officeA growing bio-tech companyFounded in Denmark in 1997, Chemometec is a listed company that specializes in the design, development and production of high quality instruments using patented technology for a wide range of applications in cell counting and evaluation.
