This position will be an expatriate assignment in Cameri, Italy. The role will focus on building a culture of continuous improvement within the Leonardo F-35 enterprise. Long term objectives will be to foster continuous improvement strategies that align and
integrate with LM F-35 best practices to ensure efficiency and mitigate risk within the co-production value stream. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and will have demonstrated expertise in managing complex cross-functional improvement projects from requirement identification through implementation and sustainment.
Additional responsibilities will include daily management and weekly reconciliation of LM wing BFE material coming to the Cameri facility, such as validating shortage forecasts, confirming impacts to build schedules, and standard tempo reporting. Strong material management or Production Control experience is a plus. Adjacent functional responsibilities can also be expected, such as Traveled Work coordination, RTV processing, accommodation sales, and site audits related to
