Are you interested in human resources as a career? Do you have retail or grocery store experience? If you answered âyesâ to these questions, then this position will be a good place to start. Each store has a Personnel Coordinator, and the Personnel Coordinator works closely with Human Resources to hire and orient new employees, submit payroll, educate employees on the various benefit plans available, and facilitate benefit enrollment. The Personnel Coordinator also assists on the front-end as needed. HR experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Excellent organizational skills; can maintain a well-organized office.
Possesses excellent human relations skillsâempathy, approachability, sensitivity, confidentialityâyet can be candid in a respectful way.
Has well-developed leadership skills and a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
