Site Manager responsible for the overall operation of the Industrial Product-Support Vendor program in Clearfield Utah. Works directly with multiple teammates and supervisors in Aircraft, Commodities, Electronics and Missiles to ensure that all contractual requirements are met. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss schedule and technical performance. Manages warehouse operations to include but not limited to daily material deliveries, Plant Stock, and any outgoing shipments. Ensures demand data and financial data are updated as needed. Manages critical item issues, and non-recurring material requests. Manages Air Force and Lockheed Martin inventory utilizing the SCM+ inventory management suite. Responsible for briefing Senior Management on Lockheed Martin initiatives and parts status. Validates orders, performs order analysis, performs Emergency Supply Operation Center (ESOC) order processing, manages empty bins and work stoppage parts, and coordinates the transfer of material. Develops and implements complex procedures as they apply to the management of site operations. Develops Basis of Estimates and Bills of Materials for new work that must be submitted on proposals. Collaborates on Statements of Work with the customer for new workloads. Possesses strong communication skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively assign daily work assignments and follow-up actions to ensure completion of task. Attends production planning and scheduling meetings. Responsible for the site allocated budgets, schedule and technical performance deliveries of contract kits and bin fills. Initiates proposals, work statements and specifications unique to the site for submittal to program office. Develops new business or expands the product line with their site customer for their site for submittal to PMO. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master, identifies program problems and develops solutions for their site and reports status to PMO. Performs other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications


DOD Supply Chain Management experience and knowledge of best practices.


Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.


Strong oral and written communication skills are required.


Ideal candidate must be capable of working in an environment that is fast paced, demanding and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management.
