What will I be doing?
Do you know someone with an alarm system? Have you ever wondered who the voice is on the other end of those alarms or calls? Our heroes help subscribers by monitoring and processing incoming security and fire alarms. We are also responsible for dispatching the appropriate authorities and confirming that help is sent to those in need.

Doing work that matters. You will be the life line for our subscribers when an emergency happens. You will be saving lives!
Starting wage is $12.00 per hour (two weeks of paid training)
Paid weekly
Essential Functions:
Process incoming alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally
Respond calmly to emergency signals and maintain poise during stressful situations
Dispatch the proper authorities, and notify responsible parties.
Work with service/installers to verify signals are received and place accounts on test
Properly document all responses for the alarm within the alarm monitoring software.
Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
Advanced computer skills
Ability to focus and concentrate clearly
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in technology
Ability to toggle and navigate through multiple applications
Type a minimum of 40 wpm
Able to communicate clearly on the phone
Must be able to clearly read and speak English
Ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail with accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must commit to helping subscribers one weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) and be willing to help out on holidays.
Attendance must be consistent and reliable
Experience/Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of a High School Diploma
College experience is preferred
Customer service experience in a fast paced environment
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must be able to obtain a Utah Burglar Alarm License
Physical Requirements
Eyesight corrected to 20/20 and ability to distinguish colors.
Hearing in both ears not less than 40 db.
Ability to clearly listen and speak by telephone.
Finger and wrist dexterity suitable for typing and keying data into computers.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Movement from one work station to another quickly.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
