Senior Specialist Digital Marketing

Manage, design and execute digital marketing for a Fortune 200 Company that has some of the most iconic brands! If you have 5+years of digital marketing experience, have a demonstrated ability to learn on the job, and are comfortable working in an agile, white-space environment, then we want to speak with you about the Senior Specialist Digital Marketing position in Richmond, VA.

What will you be doing, you will:

  • Play a role in managing, crafting and executing digital marketing work streams (may be inclusive of using and growing digital communication channels, collection of meaningful consumer data, Adult Tobacco Consumer (ATC) 21+ name generation, consumer age verification, e-commerce techniques and approaches, customer care, and improving existing and identifying new marketing technologies) designed to support our operating companies and enterprise goals. • Consult with brand and Digital & Marketing Services teams to understand current and future business needs for digital marketing and other relevant needs (including alignment with consumer data privacy). • Support development of key business insights to help inform operating company marketing and ATC 21+ name generation strategies.• Lead and execute cross-functional digital marketing initiatives (may include pilots or broader executions, or improvements of existing products and platforms), inclusive of working with legal, finance, procurement, and IS partners to secure resources and alignment.• Analyze existing tools and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity, or to activate upon specific business initiatives.• Identify digital marketing technologies and associated providers or services in conjunction with procurement teams.

What does your background and experience look like? We want you to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field• 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Digital marketing, advertising agency, and/or e-commerce experience is preferred• Passion to learn with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts through on the job training and coaching• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; ability to apply data analytics to problem solving and to help form focused initiatives and work plans• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate optimally across functions, inclusive of strong communication skills (written and oral)• Strong sense of urgency, and able to work in an evolving and changing "white space" environment• Capable of critical thinking as well as successfully leading implementation of ideas through execution• Technical understanding of and experience in implementing digital marketing and e-commerce is preferred (Adobe marketing suite, SMS, Digital Banner Ads, Magento)• Familiarity and experience working in agile environments
