We are a multi-doctor eye care practice seeking a new team member to answer phones,schedule patients,and verify insurance benefits. The successful candidate will have front desk experience (not necessarily in eye care) and must understand the demands of a VERY busy office. Must possess excellent communication and computer skills,be able to multi-task and handle hectic situations,be highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy. Preference will be given to Spanish bilingual candidates as we are a bilingual office.
Candidates must also be able to carry out the following tasks:
-Adept on the computer
-Able to track and maintain ongoing issues and conversations
-Have 'phone charisma'
-Participate in staff training sessions.

Your hours will be 10:00am-7:00pm M-W and 9:00am-6:00PM Th & F
The interview process will include personality/skills testing/language testing.
