This position is responsible for developing new business for all Foundry26 products and services, including Call Center, Data Visualization/Analytics, Advanced Productivity Services, etc. Will proactively manage the Foundry26 account base using the telephone as a primary tool. Seeking energetic candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills. College degree and sales experience preferred. Marketing experience a plus.
â¢ Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
â¢ Able to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to customer requirements.
â¢ Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
â¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate business solutions over the telephone and through the use of technology.
â¢ Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to changing technology.
â¢ Thorough record-keeping skills; able to document all customer interactions within customer relationship management tool.
â¢ Willing to travel and work hours as required by job and customer demand.
Must meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight.
