SALARY:$50-70k depending on experience


REPORTS TO:Senior Project Manager


CAREER GROWTH POTENTIAL



  • Regular time and training with VP and Senior PM

  • 1-2 Years: APM (5-7 clients with up to $500k financial responsibility)- once training is complete

  • 2-3 Years: PM with full P&L responsibility (10-15 major clients)



CURRENT ROLE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Engineering | Project Coordination | Client/Supplier Relationship Management | Serve as right hands to PM



  • Managethe shop drawing, shop ticket and submittal and review process

  • Coordinatepurchasing, shipping, receiving with project vendors

  • Collaboratewith engineers, architects, GCs to determine the tile/stone specifications of the project

  • Determineneeded resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

  • Scheduleconstruction operations and plan project logistics to ensure project deadlines will be met

  • Administerchange orders, additional project billings in collaboration with accounting

  • Evaluateprogress, quality control and prepare detailed reports
