You will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in placing, tracking, receiving, and shipping orders. We have two warehouse facilities within our corporate headquarters where you will support medical, training, and sales operations. This role will also participate in the administrative functions related to procurement and logistics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Review and approve equipment sales orders
Place and track purchase orders, including updating purchase orders with expected ship and arrival dates and tracking purchase orders for delinquent or delayed arrivals
Identify and when necessary escalate issues, which may adversely affect a stakeholder
Closely work with applicable stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
Assistant in quality assurance by ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are appropriately received, fulfilled, stored, and shipped.
Assist in building and/or restocking proprietary kits, training gear sets, and work orders.
Ensure all gear, products, and kits are mission ready and in good working order as outlined by standard operating procedures

Seattle, WA Minimum Requirements:
6+ months of applicable experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance to drive company vehicles
Physical strength to lift up to 25-poound objects with regular frequency, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Associate's degree in related field of study
General understanding of medical terminology
