Secured Investment Corp, of Coeur d'Alene, is looking to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant. We are a growing Real Estate Investment and Education company in need of a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team!

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
â¢ Preparing and processing daily cash and credit card deposits; completes cash control reporting.
â¢ Maintain and manage corporate petty cash and credit cards. Processes bank cash or check deposits as needed.
â¢ Record receivables and payments received to reconcile invoices; enter payment information; researches and reports
discrepancies between expected receivables and actual amounts received.
â¢ Accounts Payable.
â¢ Manage Joint Venture sales and commission tracking.
â¢ Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
â¢ Other projects and duties as assigned.

â¢ Ability to follow through on projects with little supervision

â¢ Knowledge of Accounting software; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Accounting / General Bookkeeping experience preferred.
