Job Description (Customer Service):
Handle approximately 14-40 inbound calls from existing policy holders to assist in their policy questions. Assist with gaps in coverage, supplementation in policy and various other customer needs. Properly document transactions. May be called upon to handle other duties as assigned. Will get you licensed in Property and Casualty (training paid for).
Job Description (Billing Representative):
Handle inbound billing questions from customers. Assist customers with payments over the phone, enrollment in auto-pay, assist with duplicate billing and other customer billing concerns. Properly document each call. May handle other duties as assigned.
-Knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
-Customer service focused
-Clear and effective communication skills
-Strong documentation skills
