Hiring for a full-time kitchen manager for a well established restaurant with a simple set menu.

The restaurant is located in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. Serving lunch and dinner only, 5 days a week (closing at 8pm each night).Â
High volume restaurant and catering kitchen during peak season.
Communication skills and ability to train and work with young first time employees (high school students) a must.Â We are a seasonal restaurant fluctuating between 10-15 employees.ÂÂ
Must have the ability to plan, order, prep, cook/assemble on the line, and manage a kitchen crew.
Initial salary will be determined by experience.Â All candidates will be offered a very competitive salary or hourly rate, paid vacation after first year of employment, and two consecutive days off a week guaranteed. Potential help relocating to the area for the right person.
