Associate Brand Manager, Kid Trax

Duties and responsibilities of the Associate Brand Manager â Kid Trax, include managing the brandâs owned digital platforms, executing event marketing programs for the brand, creating a consistent positive image for the brand, and participating in the development of online and offline campaigns. Supports and assists the Senior Director in all activities related to the brand.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing:
Build and manage all aspects of multiple social media accounts, including community development and content creation.
Develop a distinct, recognizable and unique voice for Kid Trax that speaks effortlessly to the target audience, creating a rapport that builds community.
Create sharp, engaging content (including but not limited to Facebook posts, Tweets, Instagram images and short format videos) which engage the brandâs audience across social channels.
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
Serve as community manager across all channels (respond to, and engage with social community, address customer comments and customer service inquiries)
Monitor best practices and trends in organic and branded social media, effectively communicate relevant news and opportunities to the client.
Manage the social advertising budget, specifically as it relates to fan acquisition, boosted and promoted posts
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to assist in better positioning and to help optimize strategy in real-time
Develop and maintain a yearly influencer program, seeking out, vetting, and selecting appropriate influencers to represent the Kid Trax brand.
Discover and leverage like-minded brand collaborators to meet brand/business objectives and expand the brandâs audience.
Assist in development of product and retail specific marketing plans - to include social media advertising, event marketing, and social media campaigns targeted to retailers and consumers.
Assist in presenting at key customer meetings on key Kid Trax initiatives.
Assist the PR team in all initiatives, including ordering products, vetting opportunities, and drafting press releases.
Work collaboratively with Creative positions to optimize creative and messaging to align with strategies.
Work collaboratively with Product Development teams to stay informed on all current products available across retail channels.
Coordinate and execute event activities both nationally and locally; including event logistics.
Provide event recaps to key brand stakeholders.
Assist in brand website development; keeping in mind brand voice and consumer journey optimization.
Maintain awareness of all brand standards and guidelines and make sure they are implemented for all assets before they are deployed to digital channels.
Customer Service Liaison:
Monitor customer inquiries via social media channels and work with customer service to drive social media excellence.
Miscellaneous administrative duties to include; opening and screening mail, copying/distributing materials, etc. as requested, maintaining digital dashboards and ads, ordering supplies, paying invoices, filing, etc.
Assures confidentiality and discreet handling of all business.
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Other Duties Assigned

Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses and/or certifications required.)

Credentials and experience is the minimum level of education, experience, and certifications acceptable for the position.)
At least one year experience in marketing admin role with social media responsibilities.
Knowledge of computers required including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and & PowerPoint
Highly ambitious, aggressive self-starter who is familiar with social media and brand/lifestyle marketing concepts.
Must possess good interpersonal / relationship skills â must cooperate and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and outside contacts.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong writing skills to develop and post content.
Extensive social media knowledge and abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills so as to manage communication within highly matrixed and large organization. Able to confidently interact at all levels of the organization and across multiple geographies and departments.
Reliable and present in the office 5 days per week, full time.
Team player: openly willing to help out other departments and or constituents when needed.
Must be able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
Must be able to multi-task effectively.

A large percentage of work time is spent sitting. During events you may be on your feet for 5 or more hours. The noise level in the work area can be moderate.
