Thank you for your interest.Responsibilities: Finance/Accounting Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions (in conjunction with CGI Finance Team)Accounts payableAccounts receivablePayroll – including payment of commissionsYear-end financial preparationFinancial statementsBudgetingMonthly Credit Card reconciliationPrepare Broker’s Closed Deal paperwork for every transactionTrack direct deal expensesInteract with CGI Finance Team on annual returns, shareholder amendments, share purchases and dispositionsStrategic Planning and Operations ManagementCoordinate any Strategy Meetings for the Managing PrincipalsAs requested, prepare and submit Goals and Objectives and other data to CGIMaintain the integrity of the companyPrepare annual filings with State and local governments to maintain business license and state registrationAdhere to the Operations Manual and help customize locally as neededOversee corporate initiatives to include special events, marketing, training and planningSales/Advisor/Project Management Support Salesforce maintenance for the purpose of tracking deals, forecasting, production/profitability reports for management, evaluating Advisor performanceCoordinate training for new sales reps and Advisors, as neededPrepare agendas and hand-outs for weekly or biweekly sales meetingsEnsure that Advisors are receiving proper administrative support services required to facilitate business developmentExecute completion of market reports, market surveys, market tour books, etc.Alternatively, manage administrative staff to do so.Assist Advisors with development of sales pipeline reportsAssist with marketing efforts of individual Advisors, including writing/editing correspondence, developing marketing tools, etc.Coordinate purchase of Cresa logo promotional items and any other marketing collateral suppliesSupport Project Managers with any required servicesAdministrative/Operations/PlanningDevelop and implement operational efficiencies to improve operations, delivery of work, quality of work and maximize workforce potentialOversee administrative personnelLiaison for Cresa corporate business, including business managers’ group, marketing, IT, and other ad hoc work groups as they are createdFacilitate flow of communications within the office, at all levelsMaintenance of physical officeNegotiate and/or maintain contracts for outside subscriptions/services for local officeReview client contracts for insurance requirementsGeneral LiabilityWorkers CompAutomobile insurance complianceCoordinate implementation and maintenance of computer-related operationsMaintenance of telephone systems/office systems (copier/fax)Coordinate community service projectsPlan all company eventHuman ResourcesOversee labor/HR personnel issues, as neededProvide strategic guidance in management of workforce issues and development to support company strategic plans and goalsMaintain employee databaseCoordinate personnel reviews; administer bonus/award programDevelop and implement training/orientation procedures for new Advisors and staffAssist in recruitmentOversee real estate licensing requirements for all AdvisorsOversee administration of employee benefits.Prepare and implement HR procedures and contractsPrepare all employment contractsMaintain and update employee and independent contractor handbooksPublic Relations/MarketingMaintain listing and facilitate meetings with media contacts and develop relationshipsPrepare press releases and work with local media for additional promotional opportunitiesBusiness development – CoreNet and CREWPerform quarterly market analysis and write the Tenant GuideOversee advertising campaignsCoordinate local campaigns with Cresa national PR campaignsCoordinate the design/production of marketing collateral, including postcards, brochures, etc.Research competitors and distribute internal updatesResearch Social Media and launch campaigns, as neededReview and update content of website onAssist with production of case studiesCoordinate with Cresa Corporate Office Assist Managing Principals with LLC level committee projects/assignmentsActively participate on the national Marketing and Business Manager committees through monthly conference calls and meetingsAttend and participate in Annual Spring Meeting and Fall Leadership meetingOperations Task Force memberAssure compliance with LLC reporting requirementsCoordinate with LLC on advertising and PR mattersExperience Minimum five (5) years office management experienceProficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Experience with Accrual Accounting a plusFinancial software experience recommended (Intacct, QuickBooks, etc.)Experience with Salesforce is preferredBachelor’s degree required.Real estate experience a plusJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hourExperience:management: 5 yearsEducation:Bachelor'sRequired work authorization:United States
