The Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, deliver and execute marketing programs to support and enhance our growth and increase market share. Proficiency in digital design/graphics, web advertising, social media, email, blogging, newsletters, event support, brochures, mailers, and marketing materials in general is required.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and a wide range of outbound marketing practices, concepts, and procedures is expected.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining our social media profiles and developing and executing a comprehensive and consistent outbound digital marketing strategy. The person in this position will develop and drive email marketing campaigns, relevant social media platforms, contributions to our blog, and video feeds.
Experience should include all of the above, as well as use of tracking analytics, data interpretation, and results-based measurement analysis.
This individual should have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects accurately, on schedule, and on budget. Must have developed social media strategies that generate inbound traffic, elevate brand awareness, enhance company PR, and ultimately contribute to incremental sales.
To be effective, this role requires a person with a desire to contribute to company growth. Strong communication and people skills are critical. This individual must be intuitive and able to recognize and capitalize on opportunities to promote the company, brand, and products.Key Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience delivering effective and innovative in digital campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum two-year associate degree in marketing.
Proficient in English, second language a plus.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data for continuous improvement.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities/General Job Description:
Create, execute and manage a digital marketing strategy and content/promotional calendar that includes a comprehensive, cohesive execution plan.
Develop, manage and distribute original content/contributions to newsletters, blogs, social media, email, etc.
Research and develop email database and target key groups for distribution with a goal of brand enhancement, high conversions and short-and long-term growth.
Assume responsibility of marketing communications functions, including PR, events, & retail and business product marketing.
Ongoing management of digital touch points, social media, website content and presentation, networking, apps, etc.
Manage media design, day-to-day production, and campaign budgets and schedules.
Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.
Must keep up to date on new media marketing platforms and monitor trends in marketing.
Must be able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
Contribute to team effort, education, and effectiveness through open communication and a positive outlook.
Professionally represent and promote the company in business activities.
With management, create goal benchmark criteria and manage the processes in ERP system.
Establish plans of action and measurement tools. This should allow for analysis over time of the data, respective success ratios, and continuous improvement.
