Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Product Managers

Develop the vision and strategy for existing and new Digital Measures products

Deliver high quality software according to business and client needs

Build market knowledge and stay abreast of market trends

Engage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle

Prioritize feature backlog using cost/benefit projections and analysis

Assess and improve team members' knowledge, skill, and expertise

Advocate and advance modern product management best practices

Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback

Help promote great team practices and accomplishments across the company

Engage vendors as needed for quality, compliance, or other assessments of team members' work

Maintain team member role definition and alignment of responsibilities

Maintain key team member processes and performance/quality metrics

Attract, onboard, and retain top talent

Maintain budget forecasts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Advanced skills in a Product Management role

Informed of latest industry developments and can translate into strategy within the team

Grasps the complexities of our software, our internal processes, and our teams' and clients’ needs

Analytical, strategic thinker who drives things forward

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ten or more years of agile product management experience in a business-to-business software as a service environment

Ten or more years of team leadership experience
