Own the vision for Digital Measures products
Deliver high quality software according to business and client needs
Prioritize feature backlog using cost/benefit projections and analysis
Assess and improve team members' knowledge, skill, and expertise
Advocate and advance modern software development practices
Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
Help promote great team practices and accomplishments across the company
Engage vendors as needed for quality, compliance, or other assessments of team members' work
Maintain team member role definition and alignment of responsibilities
Maintain key team member processes and performance/quality metrics
Attract, onboard, and retain top talent
Maintain budget forecasts
Advanced skills as an individual contributor in a Product Manager role
Informed of latest industry developments and can translate into strategy within the team
Grasps the complexities of our software, our internal processes, and our teams' and clients’ needs
Analytical, strategic thinker who drives things forward
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of agile product management experience in a business-to-business software as a service environment
Led teams of a size and complexity that is commensurate with this position's role in our future strategic plan
