What You’ll Own
- Ship BI that drives decisions: design, build and maintain dashboards that leaders use for strategic and operational calls.
- Turn data into recommendations: partner with stakeholders to frame the question and land a clear “so what.”
- Make teams self-sufficient: build automation and self-service analytics so stakeholders don’t wait on BI.
- Find the bottlenecks: review past operational performance to surface patterns, flag bottlenecks and project future market behavior.
- Keep the numbers trustworthy: run regular data refreshes and audits so business continuity, compliance and logic mapping hold up.
- Move the P&L: identify and track the levers that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- See the market first: track industry shifts, consumer behavior and competitor moves so the brand acts ahead of trends, not after them.
Must-haves
- 5+ years as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst.
- A proven track record of turning data into decisions. Show us the decision, not just the dashboard.
- Expert-level SQL for querying and manipulating large, complex datasets.
- The ability to explain complex insight clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguous problems; you scope and build custom analyses without a template.
- Strong business acumen, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and genuine curiosity about how AI and automation can reshape analytics work.
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-assisted workflows, such as prompt engineering, working with AI agents or copilots, or evaluating model and agent outputs.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Looker, or similar tools.
