About The Role

Are you friendly, dependable, and confident providing accurate service in a busy hospitality setting?

As a Cashier at Manuza in Bali, you will welcome guests at the payment point, process transactions, and help make each guest’s experience smooth and positive. You will work with the front-of-house team, keep the cashier area organised, and follow established payment and cash-handling procedures.

This role offers the opportunity to build your cashiering and customer service skills while supporting the daily operation of a hospitality venue.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will handle guest payments and support cashier operations, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in line with Manuza’s procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and responding to payment questions in a helpful, courteous manner
• Processing cash, card, and other accepted payment methods accurately
• Using the point-of-sale system to record transactions and provide receipts
• Checking bills and payment details before completing transactions
• Managing cash carefully and following procedures for floats, cash counts, and handovers
• Balancing transactions and promptly raising any discrepancies with the appropriate team member
• Working with front-of-house colleagues to resolve billing or payment queries
• Keeping the cashier station clean, tidy, and prepared for service
• Following procedures for refunds, discounts, and payment adjustments
• Handling guest and transaction information responsibly and following security procedures
• Reporting equipment problems or operational concerns to the appropriate team member
  
  

Could This Be You?

• Have experience in cashiering, retail, hospitality, or customer service; previous experience is helpful but not essential
• Are comfortable handling payments and maintaining basic transaction records
• Can use a point-of-sale system or are willing to learn
• Are approachable, attentive, and focused on guest needs
• Handle cash and payment information with care and accuracy
• Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with colleagues
• Stay organised and calm during busy service periods
• Are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Can work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required
  
  

Experience with point-of-sale systems or cash handling would be an advantage. A positive attitude, clear communication, and a commitment to accurate, friendly service are important for this role.
