Job Description

  • Identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives to acquire customers, expand market reach, and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, pricing quotations, and commercial offers to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed and fulfilled.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare customer reports and sales activity reports.
  • Support marketing initiatives and other business development activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry. Candidates applying for Assistant Manager or Manager positions must have at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong interest in the shipping, maritime, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
